What are the shipping charges & how long does it take to get delivered?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over Rs. 850. For orders below Rs. 850, the shipping charges are Rs. 100 only. Shipping typically takes 2-4 working days.

Direct Return: Return the product directly to Floret Hearbal at Plaza 24 D, 1st Floor, EME Commercial Market, Lahore. We’ll refund your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
Courier Pickup: Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. We’ll deduct Rs. 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
Tampered Products: If you suspect tampering, keep the original product and packaging. Our customer care team will provide instructions for returning the product.
How do I return Floret Hearbal products if purchased from a different store?
